The motivation behind this study was to see if shopkeepers have underlying pro-social motivation to support AGYW. We want to see if ADDO shopkeepers want to harness pro-social motivation to increase long term sustainability of distribution to AGYW. WIth that in mind, we set out to test if providing customer feedback from AGYW to socially-motivated shopkeepers will encourage distribution of contraception and HIVST.
The intervention of the study involves:
- Collecting anonymous customer feedback from AGYW at each shop
- Summarizing customer feedback into reports
- Providing summarized feedback to shopkeepers monthly
- Publicly display feedback score (Public only)
- Awards ceremony per ward every 6 months to recognize performance (Public only)

- How satisfied were you with the overall shopping experience?
- How satisfied were you with the quality of information provide by the shop?
- How satisfied were you with the girl-friendliness of the shop?
- How satisfied were you with the prices of the products you purchased?
- How satisfied were you with the privacy of your interaction with the shopkeeper?
